On a hot summer day, few things can cool me off like a Popsicle. I LOVE them, I would eat them all day if you let me. Every week I try a new recipe with things around the house. The kids love to help, it’s amazing how it doesn’t matter how healthy it is, if it’s in Popsicle form they will (probably) always eat it. Thankfully, they are super easy to make.
1 cup strawberries – chopped
3 ripe bananas
1 5.3 ounce container vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix everything but chocolate chips until well blended, slowly add chocolate chips. Fill Popsicle molds and stick in freezer for about 4 hours or until fully frozen. Enjoy!
